Sebastian Aho speaks to the media after a 2-1 shootout loss to Washington
Sebastian just uh pretty hard fought, tight, tightly checked game. It seemed like, did you at least, I feel like you're at least getting back to where you guys need as far as style of play and all about. Yeah. Uh The fellow 505, we were fine. Uh We created enough uh scoring chances obviously and they played really uh good game defensively. Um So basically, it was a tight heartfelt game, but uh obviously, this, this kind of game, uh you know, Harp Lego could have been a game changer. Obviously, I don't, there are some good things obviously scored a goal and gets turned over uh couple of posts, all that kind of stuff. So uh it wasn't all bad, but obviously scoring a power play goal probably gives us the edge tonight. How much does having stability and goal seeing the way the checkoffs played the last three games, just help, help everyone in front of us. No, he's gonna get real solid and obviously gonna need him uh moving, moving forward. You talked about the wake up call this morning that the ranta sundown was. Did you feel like you, you got that on the ice from the way you played. Yeah, I think that the, uh, the effort was there five of five games, like I said, it was, uh, it was good, good enough to win this hockey game. Obviously, uh, you wish you could, you know, could score a few more of those chances. And, uh, like as a, uh, I don't think the power play was snapped back, but obviously just kind of score in this game. There's been some talk that overtime has gotten a little stale when you see the way that overtime went is it, is it frustrating to just sit there and watch them reload 1011, 12 times? I mean, if you have, have the clock position, you can to where we, we want, uh, with the puck. So, uh, yeah, I don't really, it's, it's on them to, you know, I don't know how the, they end up being with the puck, but, you know, that's how it goes, whoever harms the puck controls the ot and controls the game. Uh, uh, anyway, so, yeah, I don't really have anything to come in at that scary moment with, with Jordan and obviously I'm sure you're happy that there wasn't more serious. Obviously. It's, uh, yeah, never want to see anything like that. But, uh, what I saw and heard, he said he's fine. So that's, that's good for him. And that sebastian t to losses obviously, but one Tuesday night against have been a chance to obviously getting the momentum back for this team. I just get ready to prepare for it. Uh Yeah, just uh another huge game for us. Uh Just the normal stuff, we're gonna practice tomorrow, go over this game and try to play a couple of learners and some good things and move on. And obviously, it's, uh it's gonna be, you know, if you want to be a champ, you gotta beat the champ, obviously. So, uh yeah, it's uh it's a big fun for us. All right, thanks.
