picture what's this time of the year like I mean right before it's going to spring training is over and the guys are so excited imagining getting ready and now it's just baseball and first of all we're happy to be back and play baseball. That's that's the main thing we were in the spring training and then you know so the guys played over there it was really happy, I was really happy for what I see over there and then being here um you know it feels really really good. It feels we had I had a really high expectation on the players and I think it feels really good to be on the field again. Yeah it means a lot, you know this is gonna be my my first season as a manager here and I'm very um honored that everything started here in Carolina. So I've been managing the D. R. For a while and I managed a little bit in Colombia but being around this guy that I coached like probably two or three years ago so this is gonna be I think this is gonna be awesome and I feel really honored to be the manager here. As you just mentioned, you have coached some of these guys before. How how much does that help? Especially in some of these guys first year at this time it helps a lot because you know like two or three years ago you start building a relationship with the players and I think that's huge so when they see you here so they feel a little bit more comfortable and then like you feel the confidence that, that they're gonna do, they're going to do good on the field because even if they don't do good, I mean, you have the, the approach, the right approach to go to the players, you know, help him help each player to, you know, how, how to perform as well on the field organization. Well, I had a lot of good things. I mean, and my first impression here was excellent. So I saw the field, I'd really love to feel, I really love the, the area. So, um, I had a lot of good things about the people and then, um, like I said, I'm really happy to be here. Tonight is here. So just talk about the excitement of getting out there and playing games well, we are excited. Like we're, you know, everybody's waiting for that day on friday night here. So, you know, we're just, we're just here to give our best as coaches as, as, um, as players. So everybody is committed to do their best. So we're just waiting for that day to come out two years ago. You know, the season was canceled last year. You know, there are some restrictions as far as audience members. What's it gonna mean that you're being able to see this stadium? Well, I hope we can see the full stadium. So, uh, I don't think we're gonna have, like, all those restrictions that we had in the past and I think the fields open to everyone. So I hope I can see everyone uh, supported markets this year. What, what's this level of play like victor? I mean, this is, this is where you really, is this where you really need to teach the guys or are they somewhat ready to, to, to, to make the jump in? I'm not ready. But you know, this, this is still low a, you know, there's a lot of teaching, um, in this level still, you know, uh, you know, we're getting a little bit more mature guy, but still, you need to teach the game, You need to help the guys to get better and then I think level wise, you know, it doesn't matter. You still, you still need to teach the game to, you still need to help the players to get better. Can you speak to the brewers organization as a whole last year? And we were watching the roster for the mudcats. I mean guys coming and going because they're moving up so fast. It's kind of, what does that say to the brewers organization and how they've been able to build Well, I think they're doing a pretty good job. So when you see you guys, you know, at that age of 1920 years old and 20 years old and they're playing the, you know, low a level and everybody, everybody's moving up. So that means that they're really, they're doing a really good job overall. Thank you. Thank you.
