How close we are Like this is really like a a group of brothers like where this is a brotherhood this group will never play again together And that's what's really hurting me more than even the loss Honestly like just these group of guys will never be like well this whole same team will never play a game together obviously with the seniors and stuff So that's just really the biggest thing for me like the brotherhood that we built like this we're family and I I bet you most of this team is gonna be at my wedding Like that's how close we are How do you wanna be like yeah I just told somebody else like just the resiliency of us Like when every even when everybody says you can't do it and and so much noise and they all hate you and they all say you suck and all that and we made people believe like we gave people hope like through all the noise we still ended up in the final foe and nobody thought we could do it So I said just like if you believe don't care what nobody else say and you really lock in You can do it no matter what you can do anything Anything is possible How much of an impact did the rebounding discrepancy have on the game It was huge huge I mean obviously they have a seven floor guy that just he's dominant he's as simple as that He's dominant He creates so much attention You have to give it to him and then I don't the the rest make some questionable calls at times but that's not really something you can control But he said Zack is a dog play If you have to play the game again what would you change about the game plan or how you guys executed it I wouldn't change the game plan I feel like the coaching staff always gives us the best game plan to win the game possible And obviously they watch a lot of a lot of film to figure out that game plan So I wouldn't change the game plan But execution wise I mean there's always things you can change I feel like it's you can't really be picky about it No one possession lost us the game They lost this game That's just how the game went today We we didn't we didn't have it I mean the thing about this on the past it's just the fight the fight and everybody in here That's all I I love that about everybody One thing I know about these guys if we're gonna fight they're gonna fight for me I'm gonna fight for them How do you how do you think you guys tough tough to develop that are going well the head man Kevin Keats he instilled in us from from day one even when things weren't really going our way Kevin Keats he instilled in us and he needs more respect Like I'm tired of like I know he's been getting a lot of love lately but like there should be no more Coach keeps Kevin keeps disrespect All right I love that dude He instilled everything in his confidence grit toughness all it should be no more Kevin Keith Slander What was it like Just actually stepping out onto that court and just the feeling of playing in the final four in this giant stadium is the biggest stage in the world You know that was a dream come true man That was uh that's something I'm gonna tell my kids about That's that's what you dream of a basketball player to go play in front of that minute I don't even know how many fans it was I try not to even look for it because it was so until I got really into the game It's just so amazing to be on that stage and I'm blessed for the opportunity Is it hard to even reconcile that you did it compared to where you guys were a month ago Yeah No Yeah it hasn't even set in yet I just told somebody they probably won't sit in So I just get to go like home to Indiana and just sit down with my people and just really just think about it and talk about it
