After trailing a majority of the game the Pack battled back to win a hard fought game vs. Wake Forest. The players said they've been through this before all season so they were prepared for it
You know, that was a big win for this team, a big step in our season. Uh It took a lot for us to win that game, you know, losing our head coach, losing one of our teammates down late in the stretch. Uh I think that was just a great example of how together we are and how together we can be. We've been through a lot of battles this year. I mean, we've had an 18 game against Boston College. We had Notre Dame, we were down the whole game. I mean, it didn't lead to the last second with the game winner. I mean, so we've been through battles and we go at it every day in practice and, you know, it 100% and I feel like, you know, doing that is really prepped us for games like this when it gets, when it gets going and we're prepared for it, we're prepared for anything. Um You know, shoot if shots fall or or not, like we're, we're prepared. There's still always a way to win or not. Uh There's still a way to win. We just need to our identity of who we are. Is definitely, that's who we are and that's what we value. Um And you're always doing it if you're Guatemala, what does a game like that, a comeback like this do for, for a team? I mean, how can you build up? Uh uh We could definitely build off of uh the momentum that we have just by um increase our communication and also making shots really, I mean, that's really what it comes down to. I mean, we didn't make a three game, um, and we still won pretty good. So, I mean, make shots as for us. Uh but our chemistry and our defense is there and then that, that can always go to another one.
