and as a fellow Wolf packer, I'm super honored to be speaking with you today. We wanted to check in, we know that you are a four time olympic medalist. Just kind of see how life's going based out of charlotte north Carolina. I have a little boy now. Um, his name's Haven and he loves the water. I've got another water baby on my hands. So I plan on being in the stands with the highlight or watching him race. I took a job with Speedo um, right after I finished uh, swimming, it sounds like you're, you're keeping pretty busy. So I've heard about the making a splash in this initiative. You're with go team black. So you are a busy man. I also just started, uh, took a job coaching international swim league. I'll be in ITaly in a month coaching the pros. Is there one particular initiative that really means the most to you? They're all my, they're all my Children. I feel like I try to give as much energy as I can to each one and I just kind of jump from one to another. Honestly, I can't say that I I I think of one higher than another. I just think it's another dimension of my thought process of how I can help my support change for the better. And here in the Raleigh Durham area, I've literally lost count of the roster of olympians that are in Tokyo right now. I mean when you see that, how do you feel? I'm not shocked to tell you the truth. It's just finally coming to fruition that people are starting to see that north Carolina is such a powerhouse when it comes to swimming. What impact has the olympics made on you to this day? I think my role now and what the olympics has showed me that it's not just about me, it took a village and it's my job to share that story for the next generation.
