Jaccob Slavin speaks to the media after the Carolina Hurricanes lose back-to-back overtime games against the Florida Panthers. The Canes trail the Panthers 2-0 with Game 3 in Florida on Monday.
Not the finish you guys wanted. But I mean, the margins seems like it's just raised your thing out there. The difference between you two so far. Yeah, it's been, it's been tight both games. I mean, obviously gone in overtime, both games. And so it's, it's tight out there and, uh, the little things matter, it make it more frustrating that you guys are playing well and you're in this situation. I mean, yeah, I mean, yeah, we're playing well, guys are playing hard. It, it's not a lack of effort. Guys are playing hard and we just got to capitalize on our chances and continue to play our game and it'll come, you, you just get tangled up in the corner. Yeah, my got stuck in a skate and then I, yeah, what's the message from you guys to you guys for game three? I mean, I know it's obviously win to get back into it. But is there anything you change? I mean, Jordan was pretty, yeah. No, we're playing hard. We're playing well. I mean, we just got to continue to work at it with special teams is always a game within the game. And so we got to make sure we're winning that but I mean, continuing to play hard and uh we just got to go out and win the next one. Did it feel, did it feel like the kind of game where you needed to get that second goal when you had that big push in the first period? Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's always, always helps to get another goal. And so, um yeah, it does. Thanks guys. Thanks.
