Yow retires 'proud to open the door a little bit wider' for women in athletics
The now-retired NCSU athletic director was once the first A.D. in ACC history in 1994. In one-on-one interview with WRAL's Jeff Gravley, Debbie Yow said, 'It was brutal 25 years ago. I survived it and flourished.'
