Canes sign Lucas Wallmark to two-year deal
Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has agreed to terms with forward Lucas Wallmark on a two-year contract. Wallmark's contract is a two-way deal in 2018-19 and a one-way deal in 2019-20. The contract will pay $650,000 at the NHL level or $70,000 at the American Hockey League (AHL) level in 2018-19, with a $100,000 guarantee. In 2019-20, the contract will pay $700,000.
