I hope you don't mind, but with Rutherfraud's latest barrage of pudibund comments, I can't resist the urge to make a few observations.
Let me cut to the chase: If you read between the lines of Rutherfraud's paroxysms, you'll really find that some people believe that one day Rutherfraud will investigate the development of corporatism in the NHL as a concept. At this point, the only thing that I can suggest is that Rutherfraud try to flag down a flying saucer and take passage for some other solar system, possibly one in which the residents are oblivious to the fact that if I were a complete sap, I'd believe Rutherfraud's line that he has answers to everything.
My prediction during the Stanley Cup run years ago that Rutherfraud would eviscerate Laviolette's ability to direct this club came true so quickly, so brutally, so horribly, that even I was stunned by the magnitude and viciousness of it all. Militarism had triumphed. Yet there are other strains of doctrinaire revanchism still active today and the siren calls of those movements may mesmerize xenophobic, sappy blatherskites whose sinister fervor for this team blinds them to the truth. He wants all control to shift, like cargo in a listing vessel, from proven coaches to spleeny adolescents like Paul Maurice.
I refuse to get caught up in his "I think, I believe, I feel" game. Would anyone question that Rutherfraud would champion censorship in the name of free speech, intolerance in the name of tolerance, oppression in the name of freedom, and the proliferation of mind-control technology? Rutherfraud wants fans to rise, sleep, work, and purchase overpriced merchandise at the beat of his drum. And once we're molded into a uniform mass, we'll be incapable of seeing that you, of course, now need some hard evidence that the passage of time will make it clear to even the more slow among us that Rutherfraud is the hands-down, flat-out, bar-none most haughty sociopathic GM in the history of the league. -

Wow. I am an educated person with an earned Doctorate in Education. But, I would have to look up the many words written by morton....I can only say that the Canes are melting on the ice right now. As GM all of the moves, trades, and picks, this team doesn't have chemistry. There. I spelled Chemistry correct and I know what it means.

^^^I don't think a lot of those words even exist in Webster's. That read like a sci-fi novel. The Canes are stinking it up. There. I said it in simple terms. There is no conspiracy and Rutherford isn't trying to take away anyone's rights. The Constitution isn't in danger. The only thing being eliminated is the Cane's chance at making the playoffs.

Well, I think you have said that Jim Rutherford is a fascist. But I am not sure. Isn't this about a game called hockey? Morton olease direct your comments to the op-ed page and stick to politics. We just want to see some good hockey.

Morton, in the past you really annoyed me. But I honestly have to say that I find you wildly entertaining! I guess I must have a colset sense of humor very similar to yours. You enjoy life don't you?
