The offensive line sets the tone for Princeton football and Hunter Raynor sets the tone for the offensive line, with his physical play, but his work in the community as well.

"He takes the helmet off and he can be as gentle as he needs to be. He has a huge heart and he cares about others more than he does himself," Princeton head coach Travis Gaster said.

"We've grown up together playing football, from 8U everyone knows each others families, everyone knows what other people go through, so we try to make each other better in the sense that if we can help, we will," Raynor said.

That doesn't stop in his community. Princeton football puts together service trips, even going as far as Managua, the capitol of Nicaragua.

"He was the first in line, 'Coach I'm going, I'm ready, just tell me what I need to do,'" Gaster said.

Helping with construction projects at schools, he plans on organizing more fundraisers and going back in the future.

"It opens your eyes to, there's a bigger place than where you know. In America you have North Carolina, you have different states that you know, but to go to a different place where the world is completely different, it's eye opening to see what people go through," Raynor said.

Giving back in the community, giving back in the ring as an active pro wrestler.

"I had an opportunity to get into it, to be able to travel the country and get some decent opportunities and make money from it," Raynor said with a smile.

He's trained with Ring Wars Carolina and worked with groups like Deadlock Pro Wrestling, Alternative Championship Entertainment and Firestar Pro Wrestling.

What does he go by?

"Just my real name, easier to market."

Always thinking of the next step, always thinking of the next person to help.

"Everywhere that he goes, everything that he does, he's a great representation for Princeton as a town, as a school and as a football team," Gaster said.

And that's why Hunter Raynor is this week's winner of the Tom Suiter Extra Effort Award.
