Saw some drops by UNC receivers that didn't help. Switzer reminds me of Welker. Great player & has skills, just needs to land in the right system going forward...NFL

I noticed the one analyst seemed a bit pro-Carolina. To be honest, the replay did show #10's teammate slapping him on the back, and he seemed to be yelling at his teammate as he ripped his helmet off, but that's what I saw. Bottom line, don't take your helmet off when you should know it's gonna be a flag. Carolina had plenty of opportunities to win the game, but whiffed. Stanford was without their leading running back in McCaferty, lost their starting QB in the first quarter, but still played well enough to win. Trubisky didn't exactly improve his NFL draft status, but he's as good as gone, and I can't blame him. Most of his O-Line is graduating, as are receivers like Switzer. On D, Naz Jones is gone as well. They really faded down the stretch. They never should have lost to Duke, and yesterday's bowl was very winnable.

Aside from that, enjoyed the game. Thought the Heels would pull it out. The Heels rushing attack could have been better (3.2 on the day), Trubisky could have played a little better, had a couple of bad reads, Love for Stanford had a nice game filling in for Christian McSkipee, and Solomon Thomas is a beast.

Saw the UNC/Stanford game today & had to eye roll his explanation of #10 ripping his helmet off early in the game. Ol' Gare tried to convince the viewers that #10's helmet was already coming off due to contact and a friendly slap from one of his teammates. He further tried to convince the viewers that #10 was yelling at his teammate afterwards, & not the Stanford player. Meanwhile, in Reality Land, one of the UNC coaches was chewing #10 out for losing his cookies after making a good play on D, only to rip his helmet off due to an obvious lack of self-control, which resulted in a flag. Why is it so hard for these guys to tell the truth? Reminded me of Don Sutton calling a baseball game (Chipper doesn't dip, he chews sunflower seeds boys & girls)....lol...the silliness never ends.
