One chip shot FG away from beating the eventual National Champion - in Death Valley!!! Felt bad for Kyle Bambard! Dabo owes him a fruit basket for missing that FG!

What the heck am I thinking about. How could I forget about Clemson, but State should have been Clemson last year.

Agree about the other sites - Troll City going on there. I get these are "Smack Talk" forums, but I like what we do here better.

Yeah - I can see a Clemson/VT Championship game much more than Duke representing the Coastal. I'll be very interested in seeing the Duke/Miami game.

Duke is looking good but I think the jury is still out of them, how they stack up against Miami, Va Tech and GT, Pitt got a lotta love before season started but has not lived up the hype. I read the forums on the college sites and if they had their way , the coach of respective schools would be fired every other year. I think it is mainly younger base or trollers.

Maybe a Clemson/Duke ACC Championship? Clemson will be tough to beat. We'll know more about Duke when they play Miami this week. I honestly wish they'd get rid of the divisions and just have the two best teams play each other for the Championship. Seems a more fair way to determine the Champ.

Duke/State ACC championship game? It could happen. I remember the Phillip rivers years after beating FSU and then losing to the like of Maryland, Wake, and UVA. Ville going to be a tough out as well as Dame. Watched Dame Saturday and as usual they have the talent.

I think L'Ville may present a challenge, but nothing State can't handle. I don't think ND is all that good. Better than last year, but not a great team. Syracuse is not a good team State just can't have a hangover after the FSU game. Wake is a decent team, but State is better. State is where Carolina was two years ago: kicking themselves for losing to South Carolina. Carolina went 11-1 in the regular season that year. Wouldn't be surprised if State did the same, as long as Clemson isn't on their schedule.

I thought State had a chance at being 4-0 and would be at least 3-1, that is where they are at-
the next four games are tougher, they next four games are all winnable but could also go the other way-must beat Syracuse and Pitt and at least split Louisville and ND, these next 4 will determined what of season and what bowl they can go to.The last 4 games should win 3 of 4 but Wake and BC always give them problems on the road and UNC is a rivalry game.
