Duke gears up for its ACC Tournament opener against NC State

The Duke Blue Devils are set to begin play in the ACC Tournament on Thursday against NC State.
Tipoff between the Blue Devils and N.C. State is set for 7 p.m. ET Thursday. The game airs on ESPN.
The Wolfpack used a big second half to oust Syracuse Wednesday night, 83-65.
No. 2 seeded Duke (24-7, 15-5 ACC) enters the ACC Tournament coming off an 84-79 home loss against rival North Carolina.
Duke is led by big man Kyle Filipowski, who was a first team All-ACC selection. Guard Jeremy Roach made the All-ACC second team.
The Blue Devils are vying to repeat as ACC Tournament champions. Last year, Duke beat Virginia 59-49 in the conference championship game.
