HighSchoolOT's second annual all-state boys basketball team features the best players across all classifications, including 12 returning selections.

There is a first, second, and third team with 15 players each. There is also an Honorable Mention list of 30 players.

High school sports journalists across the state were also polled for the best players in their respective areas. A full list of those journalists who contributed to this or any other HSOT all-state team this year is at the bottom of the story. Players were selected based on their play throughout the year, with strength of opponents taken into account.

Players are listed with their averages in the following format: points / rebounds / assists. If a player notched more than 1.5 steals or 1.0 blocks per game, those were added as well. Only averages with decimals were deemed exact calculations.
