Which Conference is Stronger 4A Central Piedmont or 4A Northern Athletic ?

I'm going with the Central Piedmont. Reagan has several guys Power 5 programs are recruiting. However, East Forsyth and Mount Tabor are power houses this year. Forsyth County may take down Mecklenburg County this year and represent the West. As impressive as East Forsyth's victory was over Rolesville, I think Mount Tabor may be better. Also, Glenn is in that conference and they are solid every year.
