    Great write up on Weddington QB playing with a hurt shoulder. He sure looked fine in the game. He is a tough kids. It is worth noting thats Hoggards QB broke a finger on his throwing hand during their playoff run and played through the pain and put up some impressive numbers as well.

    They should do a Providence Day vs Weddington. That game would be nuts. Would love to see it.

    I was hoping Hoggard could have won the championship. Congratulations are still in order on a successful season.

    Congratulations to Weddington for capturing the title. Their defense was amazing to watch as they would get two and three defenders to the ball even in the open field. At times I wondered if they had Hoggard’s playbook with how quickly they got to the defenders. The RB ran the ball hard downhill. All around great performance.

    Congrats to Weddington. They have one of the best teams I have seen in a while. They had too many mismatches for Hoggard to overcome and they did a great job of exploiting them. Great season for Hoggard, I enjoyed the ride!

    Yeah mugs. 56 points in three quarters. I was at the game last week and was so impressed with Hoggard and their defense. Weddington making easy work of it. Impressive.

    Our broadcast crew is trying to get permission so we will have the game for later views but we will not be able to broadcast live. I think it’s on Bounce, My Net and Spectrum. The channels vary from area to area.

    It's simple: he who wins the battle of lines wins the game. Hoggard loves to run the ball, so if Hoggard wins the line battle, they will run efficiently on Weddington. Weddington runs it too, but they like to throw it more than Hoggard, so if Weddington wins the line battle, their QB will have more time to throw, and Weddington's receivers can't be locked up forever. I expect a low-scoring first half, and then the offenses will find a little more rhythm in the second. Hope Hoggard gets it done. Go Vikes! And hey, if Hoggard wins, we can say we're 4-0 all-time against the state champions lol (if we played Hoggard this year we'd lose by 50 haha)
