  Rising star Ricky Council out of Northern High in Durham is out for a few weeks with a broken wrist. When he gets back on the floor you need to go check his game out. This 6'2 wing is an easy flier and a big time finisher on the break. He is a legit college prospect right now and is only a sophomore. Here is hoping he heals up soon.
