It looks as though Sanderson didn't do too badly at the JKO invitational. The team was able to finish 8th overall, defeating both other CAP 8 teams (Leesville and Millbrook) Individually, they got a 2nd at 220 lbs, a 5th place and 4 6th places.

I think that this will be an interesting and down year for wrestling in the state. in 4A you have good teams but not great teams. While Holly Springs and Britt should be tops in the east, their teams are not what they had over the past 2-3 seasons. Agreed that it does look like it is West Forsyth and every one else this year

Orange looks like a typical Orange team. Pasting everyone and using mutiple line ups. Orange beat a very good S Alamance team rather handily and looks like a contender again this year. Cary suffered a early season loss, but still without Wade who should help solidify a strong team. Holly Springs looks strong again but with a few holes in their line too. A surprise team, Middle Creek, has already defeated Wake Forest and Millbrook (#5 in the east). Cleveland has shown to be a tough team. Last but not least, Leesville may be a team nobody talks about but might be as good as any in the area. Leesville too has some holes in theior line up that needs to be addressed. Britt has had early season woes but should be much better now they have their footballers back. Everyone chasing the west teams (not going to catch them). Out west look for West Forsyth to walk the dog. WForsyth is crushing everything in their path and should be the big favorites to win the 4A championship.
